We do not issue refunds for design fees charged once the order is confirmed and the room is approved. For paid design service questions, if you are not satisfied with your experience with Space Morphosis services, then you may ask for specific remedies to fix the situation by emailing email@example.com. At Space Morphosis discretion, we will offer a refund in those situations only where we are unable to do the job and are unable to contact you for two weeks . You can request a refund by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. The refund is limited to the amount paid for the Interior design service and will be done in minimum 3 weeks time and maximum upto 5 weeks of decision taken.
